Leonard has worked in the staffing industry for seven years in a range of companies, starting from a small organisation that employed eight sales consultants, a mid-size firm that had just under 100 employees, an organisation that has over fifty thousand employees while being the third largest recruiting firm globally as well as a start-up organisation. All four organisations that he has worked for specialised in recruiting Life Sciences professionals, Leonard has supported clients & candidates mainly in Quality, Manufacturing/Production, Commercial, Regulatory, Operations and Project Management. Leonard fundamentally believes that Life Sciences recruitment industry has a huge gap in an area where we should be doing a much better job and founded the company to serve that along with the placing junior to senior Executives.
